Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Patent Agent specializing in video and audio processing to join our Wilmington, NC office. You will draft and prosecute patent applications and collaborate with attorneys and technical staff to deliver tailored IP solutions.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of patent prosecution experience, USPTO admission, and a background in physics, math, optics, photonics, audio, or image processing; graduate-level coursework is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of patent prosecution experience in a firm or in-house.
• Admission to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
• Experience in physics, math, optics, photonics, audio, or image processing preferred.
• Graduate-level experience or advanced technical degree is a plus.
