Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Greenville, NC seeks a Patent Agent specializing in video/audio processing to join our client’s team. You will draft and prosecute patent applications and engage with clients to understand their needs on national and international matters.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of patent prosecution experience and an engineering or physics degree. A flexible remote work policy complements a hybrid onsite presence in Greenville.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of patent prosecution experience.
• Admission to the USPTO.
• Experience in physics, mathematics, optics, photonics, audio, or image processing preferred.
• Experience with codecs, virtual/augmented reality, and AI is a plus.
• Degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.
