Job summary

Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, with more than 750 attorneys across 30+ offices nationwide, seeks a Patent Agent in the Computer Science or Computer Engineering field to join our Intellectual Property practice group. This position may be remote in any state in which Dinsmore has an office.

The ideal candidate has a BS in CS/CE, USPTO registration, and strong writing and analytical skills. PhD or industry experience is preferred; experience in networking, cloud computing, and 3GPP standards is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering is required.
• PhD and/or relevant industry experience is preferred.
• USPTO registration is required.
