Brewer Morris is seeking a Tax Senior Manager for its National Tax team to handle complex partnership tax compliance and consulting from a fully remote role. You will collaborate with tax professionals across a nationwide platform while mentoring staff and contributing to thought leadership.

The ideal candidate brings deep partnership tax expertise, strong writing skills, and a proactive consultative approach, with an emphasis on client service and cross-team collaboration.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Strong background in Partnership Taxation.
• Active CPA license required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, or related field.
• Strong tax research and technical writing experience.
• Experience reviewing complex tax returns and managing client engagements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Corporate tax experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review complex partnership and corporate tax returns for accuracy and compliance.
• Research federal and state tax issues impacting clients and teams.
• Analyze complex tax matters using the IRC, regs, and authorities.
• Prepare and review technical tax memoranda and guidance.
• Serve as a trusted technical resource for tax professionals and clients.
• Identify opportunities to provide value-added tax consulting services.
• Support proposal development and business development initiatives.
• Mentor, develop, and evaluate tax professionals.
• Contribute to technical training programs and webinars.
• Partner with firm leadership to drive innovation and best practices across tax.
