You will start in Sales & Business Development, prospecting, presenting, and closing partner relationships, then evolve into advisory and portfolio management, acting as a strategic partner for high-earning entrepreneurs.

Responsibilities

• Phase 1: Sales & Business Development (Inside Sales) — prospect, present, and close new partner relationships using outbound outreach and Zoom discussions.
• Guide high-earning real estate professionals through a detailed evaluation of the investment model and close deals.
• Phase 2: Advisory & Portfolio Management — manage a growing book of business, run strategy meetings, drive accountability, and grow partners’ businesses.
