You will draft and negotiate contracts, advise on corporate and transactional matters, and collaborate on case preparation while maintaining a balanced work environment.

Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in Michigan (or able to obtain admission).
• 3–10 years of experience in business law or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documents.
• Provide legal guidance and support to business clients on corporate, transactional, and litigation matters.
• Conduct research and analyze legal issues to support client strategies.
• Collaborate with the lead attorney(s) on case preparation, client consultations, and court appearances.
