Ideal candidates will bring 5+ years of practice, a portable book of business, and a track record with top-tier or recognized firms. Strong leadership, client development, and cross-office collaboration are essential to success.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, in good standing
• 5+ years of substantive legal practice experience
• Experience at Am Law / Magic Circle / Silver Circle or equivalent firm or government/in-house

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow an existing legal practice while delivering exceptional client service
• Represent clients in complex legal matters within your area of expertise
• Develop and strengthen client relationships while identifying opportunities for continued growth
• Collaborate with attorneys across offices and practice groups on cross-disciplinary matters
• Mentor and support junior attorneys and legal professionals where appropriate
• Participate in business development, networking, and industry engagement activities
• Contribute to firm leadership initiatives and long-term strategic planning
• Leverage firm resources, technology, and platform capabilities to enhance client service and practice growth
