Job summary

Avista Senior Living is seeking a part-time Recruiter to support our Recruitment & Employee Services team. This role is ideal for students studying healthcare administration, HR, or related fields, offering real-world experience while fitting around a class schedule.

You will source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, assist with onboarding and new-hire paperwork, and help with postings, applicant tracking and reporting. Remote work is available to residents of AZ, UT, WA, ID, or NM.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a healthcare administration, HR, business or related program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are expected.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Recruiting/HR experience is a plus but not required — training provided.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for open positions across senior living communities.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
• Support onboarding and new-hire paperwork processes.
