St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a licensed mental health professional for remote evening psychotherapy. This role requires strong assessment, treatment planning, and crisis management skills to support clients in a hospital-affiliated network.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling and active licensure as a clinician (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT). The position involves tele-therapy and collaboration with care teams across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling required.
• Licensed clinicians with current licensure in LCSW, LPC, or LMFT with 0–14 years post-licensure direct therapeutic experience.
• Active licensure and ongoing professional development are required.

Responsabilités

• Assess client needs and plan treatment based on evaluations.
• Perform intake assessments, evaluations and referrals for clinical planning.
• Provide treatment plans and psychotherapy as assigned, including tele-therapy.
• Maintain clinical records and documentation per QA&I, state and Joint Commission guidelines.
• Participate in supervision meetings and staff meetings; stay current with literature and best practices.
