Job summary

Girl Scouts of NE Kansas & NW Missouri is seeking a Part-Time Program Delivery Specialist to bring hands-on Girl Scout experiences to council-operated troops, mainly in underserved communities. The role combines direct troop engagement with admin and logistics to ensure high-quality experiences.

This remote-based position requires regular in-person meetings and occasional Overland Park office attendance; evenings and weekends are common to support events and recruitment.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of progressively responsible related experience.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and basic CRM usage.
• Background check is required for employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead troop meetings and support the Girl Scout experience for girls.
• Handle light administrative tasks and track attendance and curriculum.
• Serve as primary on-site host for in-school and evening registration events.
• Collaborate with school admins, community leaders, and local organizations.
• Maintain supplies and assist with distribution of marketing materials.
• Support council activities in retail, camp, and events.
• Share insights on youth trends to guide programming and recruitment.
• Act as a brand ambassador with consistent, professional community presence.
