Job summary

MLabs Ltd is seeking a talented Product Designer (Part-time, Contract) to shape the UX/UI of its core analytics dashboard and AI-powered product suite. The role focuses on turning dense trend data into clear, actionable experiences for brand teams and agencies across the product.

This fully remote, part-time contract (~20 hours/week) requires US-based candidates in US Central or US Eastern time, with core hours 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM ET. Portfolio demonstrating problem framing is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on product design experience with production releases.
• Portfolio with problem-framing and at least one case study starting from an unstructured or ambiguous problem.
• Experience with data-dense analytics dashboards and reporting tools.
• Experience contributing to and scaling design systems in Figma.
• AI/LLM feature design experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own product and experience direction from discovery to launch.
• Identify user pain points from data and feedback and translate into proposals.
• Design AI features and UX for generative capabilities (chat, reports, inline summaries).
• Maintain and scale the design system with frontend teams for a unified source of truth.
• Evaluate AI outputs and iterate on quality based on user feedback.
