Job summary

Slipstream seeks a versatile Project Manager – Technology & Systems Delivery to lead diverse technology and infrastructure initiatives for life sciences clients. This part-time role up to 16 hours/week is largely remote with about 10% on-site work in Cambridge, MA to support workshops and stakeholder meetings.

The ideal candidate brings PMO rigor, ability to translate technical detail for business stakeholders, and experience across security, cloud, AI/ML, and ERP/CRM integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience delivering technology implementation, infrastructure, or systems integration projects.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across varied technical domains (security, cloud, data/AI, integrations, asset management).

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage full project lifecycles across a rotating portfolio of technology delivery projects.
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for project status, risks, and issues, providing clear reporting to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional and cross-vendor project teams and facilitate workshops and decisions.
