Experienced Pharmacy Technician with Customer Service Wanted!!

We offer a competitive salary and benefit package.

Pharmacy Technician-Customer Service Responsibilities:
  1. Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager.
  2. Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders and general customer inquiries.
  3. Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
  4. Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.
  5. Clarify orders as needed.
Pharmacy Technician-Customer Service Requirements:
  1. Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License.
  2. Previous experience in pharmacy.
  3. LTC pharmacy experience preferred.
  4. Knowledge of brand name and generic medications.
  5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  6. Moderate to advanced computer skills required.
  7. Great telephone etiquette a must.
  8. Frameworks / ECM knowledge a plus.
  9. High school diploma or equivalent.
