Fortified Health Security is seeking an entry‑level Penetration Tester who will execute scoped engagements under supervision, documenting findings and client deliverables with accuracy and clarity. The role emphasizes foundational exploitation skills, social engineering awareness, and commitment to certification and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands‑on experience in CS/IT/Cybersecurity.
• Minimum 2 years of security or IT experience; lab/CTF accepted at entry level.
• Healthcare IT experience is a plus.
• Strong skills with Adobe and Microsoft Office applications.
• Solid understanding of hardware and networking terminology.

Responsabilités

• Execute scoped penetration testing engagements under supervision (internal, external, wireless, application).
• Produce well‑documented findings, formal reports, notes, and presentations.
• Report metrics to manager and flag delivery risks proactively.
• Maintain awareness of current threats and exploit techniques; develop technical depth.
• Communicate with clients under supervision and ensure quality in deliverables.
• Follow established methodologies (OWASP, PTES, NIST SP800‑115, MITRE ATT&CK).
