Job summary

Soko Glam is seeking a Part-Time Paid Media Contractor to manage paid advertising across Meta, TikTok, and Google. You will oversee campaign strategy, setup, optimization, budget management, testing, and performance analysis with a focus on customer acquisition, efficiency, conversion, and ROAS.

The role requires 4+ years in paid media, preferably in eCommerce, with experience in Meta, Google Ads (Performance Max, branded search), and TikTok.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing paid media in an eCommerce environment.
• Beauty industry experience preferred.
• Experience with Meta, Google Ads (including Performance Max and branded search), and TikTok.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking with proficiency in paid media metrics and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Run paid media across Meta, TikTok, and Google, including Performance Max and branded search.
• Set up, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns.
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly budgets and develop spend and revenue projections.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, CAC, conversion, and ROAS.
• Create paid media briefs and ad copy files; collaborate with Marketing on creative direction.
• Identify opportunities for UGC and creator-led content for paid acquisition and testing angles.
• Run testing across audiences, creative, and campaigns to improve performance.
• Track and analyze paid media performance using GA4 and Shopify data.
• Conduct full-funnel analysis and provide regular performance reporting, insights, and recommendations.
• Partner with Marketing on onsite opportunities impacting paid media.
