ROLE OVERVIEW: INFUSION NURSE PRACTITIONER

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to support the clinical launch of our new infusion centers. This part‑time (approx 8 hours/week or 1 day/week) in‑person role is dedicated to providing high‑quality patient care and support through the launch of our new centers. The ideal candidate will bring clinical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient safety and operational excellence.

Location: Remote. Work from Home.

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure effective communication with patients across all aspects of their care (scheduling, symptoms, inquiries, etc.)
• Coordinate with referring/prescribing providers to ensure effective delivery of care through order clarification, patient status, and plan of care communication
• Resolve clinical escalations, in accordance with policies and procedures
• Prescribe select medication in accordance with patient needs and clinical protocols, evidence based standards, and organizational policies

QUALITY & COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Onboard new Medicare patients, completing establishment calls and documentation
• Ensure clinical quality & compliance across region through clinical supervision and oversight, chart auditing, and Letters of Medical Necessity

QUALIFICATIONS

• Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Missouri.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in outpatient or infusion‑based care.
• Strong clinical judgment, experience in IV therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
