Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 12+ years' Navy HR Enterprise experience including workforce planning and readiness.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication; PM and computer skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance; active clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the largest and most complex Navy HR projects.
• Demonstrate deep expertise and conduct research and analysis in the domain.
• Lead the preparation of project reports and briefings.
• Provide expert knowledge related to project development.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities in the domain.
• Develop professional contacts with decision makers and contract administrators.
