Daybreak Health is seeking a licensed associate therapist (LMHCA or LCSWA) in North Carolina for a part-time remote caseload serving K–12 students statewide. You will provide teletherapy, collaborate with school counselors and families, and participate in weekly supervision and case consultations.

This role offers free supervision, guaranteed pay for cancellations, and a W2 part-time option with school-aligned hours. You won’t handle billing or credentialing—Daybreak Health handles all admin.

Qualifications

• Active LMHCA or LCSWA license in North Carolina.
• Post-graduate clinical hours accrued toward full licensure.
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families.
• Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems.
• Available Mon–Fri 3–8 PM.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students across North Carolina.
• Collaborate with school counselors and families statewide.
• Participate in weekly individual and group supervision, case consultations, and contribute to clinical program development.
