Job summary

Daybreak Health is seeking licensed associate therapists (LMHCA or LCSWA) in North Carolina who are building licensure hours to join a fully remote, part-time caseload serving K–12 students statewide. You will provide evidence-based teletherapy, collaborate with school counselors and families, and participate in weekly supervision while helping shape clinical programs.

The role offers free supervision and predictable hours.

Qualifications

• Active LMHCA or LCSWA license in North Carolina.
• Post-graduate clinical hours toward full licensure.
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families.
• Telehealth and EHR systems proficiency.
• Available Mon–Fri 3–8 PM.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Active NPI and CAQH.
• Experience with CBT, DBT, or similar modalities.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students across North Carolina.
• Participate in weekly supervision, case consultations, and contribute to program development.
• Collaborate with school counselors and families statewide.
• Maintain documentation in EHR systems.
