Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in laundry operations or a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with industrial laundry equipment, stain removal techniques, and laundry chemicals.
• Ability to identify stains, damage, and quality issues in linens.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 30lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sort, classify, and process hotel linens per guidelines.
• Operate industrial washing machines, dryers, and presses safely.
• Identify and treat stains before laundering.
• Fold, stack, and package laundered items to hotel standards.
• Maintain inventory of linens and supplies.
• Inspect laundered items for quality.
• Follow safety protocols and report equipment issues.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
• Follow hotel policies including lost and found handling.
• Assist in other tasks during peak periods.
