Job summary

Planned Parenthood of Maryland (PPM) is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter for a temporary, part-time, remote role. The candidate will manage full-cycle recruiting for designated hourly and salaried positions, focusing on clinical support roles such as Medical Assistants and Registered Nurses.

You will work closely with HR leadership to keep a fast hiring timeline while upholding PPM's values of exceptional service and empathy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven experience navigating Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever ATS preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to listen actively and engage diverse personalities.
• Strong alignment with Planned Parenthood's mission.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruiting from application to hire for designated hourly and salaried roles.
• Conduct quality 15–30 minute phone screens to assess qualifications, pay rate, hours, and location.
• Coordinate virtual interviews with health center leaders and hiring managers in Maryland.
• Champion the candidate experience with proactive emails and texts to keep candidates engaged.
• Utilize Lever ATS to record notes, track metrics, and manage candidate communications.
