Job summary

Pair Team is a mission-driven healthcare innovator delivering whole-person care through virtual and in-person coordination. We’re seeking a part-time Family Physician contractor to supervise NPs and support Medicare expansion across states, with a remote, 5-10 hour per week schedule for candidates based in the United States.

This role is remote, requires CA licensure per the posting, and offers equipment provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of clinical experience serving patients with complex social/healthcare needs.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary care teams.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital-first healthcare and telemedicine.
• Must be physically located in California with a HIPAA-compliant space.
• Board certification or eligibility as Family Physician.
• Eligible to enroll in Medicare.
• CA Medical license and active CA DEA or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Enable virtual health care for underserved patients with NP collaboration.
• Help develop clinical programs to address barriers to care.
• Collaborate with a diverse team to deliver high-quality care.
• Work from home with provided equipment.
• Support launch of the Medicare program across multiple states.
