Job summary

Fidelity Partners seeks a part-time, remote Facility Security Officer (FSO) to support our security program in the San Antonio, TX area on an as-needed basis.

The FSO will manage industrial security, maintain the Facility Clearance (FCL), handle personnel security clearances, and coordinate with DCSA for compliance with NISPOM and related standards. This role emphasizes independent work in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required.
• Active Secret or Top Secret clearance strongly preferred.
• 2–5 years of industrial security experience, preferably as an FSO or in a similar role for a cleared contractor.
• Working knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and DCSA requirements.
• Hands-on experience with DISS, NISS, NBIS and related personnel and facility security systems.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent security experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer Fidelity Partners' industrial security program in accordance with NISPOM and federal requirements.
• Maintain Facility Clearance (FCL) and security records.
• Develop, implement, and enforce company security policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with government agencies on investigations, reports, and inspections.
• Manage personnel security clearances, investigations, and onboarding/offboarding of cleared personnel.
• Conduct security briefings and annual refresher training; maintain documentation.
