Role: Part Time Customer Support Advisor

Fraud Contact Centre

Location: Remote (ROI)

Contract: 12 Months

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm during summer

Role Overview: As part of the BOI Fraud Customer Centre team, you will handle reactive and proactive contact with customers regarding fraudulent activity on credit cards, debit cards, and online banking. This 24/7 operation supports customers when fraud occurs, playing a vital role in ensuring appropriate actions are taken.
