Scale Army Careers leads a fast-growing, female-focused wellness CPG brand that creates plant-based, gluten-free cookies. We seek a dedicated Graphic Designer to elevate the brand’s visual identity across digital and physical assets, with a strong emphasis on quality over quantity.

The role is fully remote, 30 hours per week, ideally aligned with 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PT, and involves collaborating with marketing to produce emails, social content, banners, expo materials, and merchandise, with light

Qualifications

• 3+ years of graphic design experience in elevated lifestyle/CPG/brand environments.
• Experience designing for e-commerce or DTC brands.
• Experience creating both digital assets (email, social, web) and physical assets (expo materials, merchandise).

Responsabilités

• Design polished emails and email flows using brand guidelines.
• Create website banners, promotional imagery, and product visuals.
• Produce social media graphics (static, carousels, stories) and short video content.
• Design expo banners, merchandise, and packaging elements; support marketing campaigns.
