Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of substantive commercial contracts experience, preferably in-house, and can quickly align legal advice with business objectives while avoiding over-lawyering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of substantive commercial contracts experience
• In-house experience preferred
• Ability to draft, review and negotiate MSAs, SaaS, AI and vendor/customer agreements
