You will abstract and code patient information from medical records to meet multiple registry requirements, with a minimum of 1 year of experience and proficiency in EMR systems. Remote work is preferred, with a minimum of 60 abstraction hours per month.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical data abstraction experience.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Willingness to work remotely and meet monthly hour targets (≥60).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a 98% or higher IRR score.
• Coordinate with team in a fully remote setting.
