Job summary

TalentLink Solutions is a growing independent Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) offering a fully remote Paraplanner role aligned to Eastern Time. Preference will be given to candidates near the New York City metro area due to occasional travel for team meetings and client events.

You will support the financial planning process from client meeting preparation through preliminary recommendations, data gathering, and materials prep.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industry experience
• CFP certification or actively pursuing CFP coursework
• Basic working familiarity with financial planning software
• Experience with RightCapital, Holistiplan, Wealthbox, or Hubly a plus
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong follow-through
• Bachelor’s degree required; must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials for client meetings
• Gather and organize client data
• Analyze documents and create visual aids for client presentations
• Input data into financial planning software and make preliminary recommendations
• Research financial planning solutions
• Prepare cash flow analyses and statements for clients
• Attend client meetings to assist with notetaking and follow-up tasks
• Communicate with team on client documentation, prep and process
• Participate in weekly team meetings
