Job summary

The Well, a multi-office, SEC-registered wealth management RIA, is seeking a Head of Planning to lead the paraplanning team and serve as hands-on coach. You will own select high net worth and ultra-high net worth planning cases, from retirement income planning to Roth conversions and estate coordination, and help build scalable standards across partner offices.

This role is based in Red Bank, NJ; Cleveland, OH; or Charleston, SC.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of financial planning experience with high net worth clients.
• Experience leading or mentoring planners or paraplanners.
• Advanced eMoney proficiency or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead paraplanning team as hands-on coach.
• Own select high-net-worth planning cases from retirement income to Roth conversions to estate coordination.
• Build scalable planning standards across partner offices.
• Shape how technology and responsible AI power the planning process.
