Job summary

D2B seeks a dedicated Paraplanner to support Australian and New Zealand clients remotely from the Philippines. You will prepare SOAs/ROAs, analyze client data, and craft tailored financial strategies while ensuring compliance with AU/NZ standards.

You will work with advisers to develop high-quality financial plans, maintain documentation, and stay current with regulatory changes. This is a full-time remote position with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2 years of proven experience as a Paraplanner or similar financial planning support role.
• AU/NZ experience is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of financial planning concepts including superannuation, investments, insurance, and retirement strategies.
• Proficiency with financial planning software and CRM systems (Xplan, AdviserLogic, Midwinter).

Responsibilities

• Prepare Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs) per AU/NZ compliance standards.
• Conduct research on financial products, strategies, and market trends to support adviser recommendations.
• Analyze client data including assets, liabilities, cash flow, and risk profiles.
• Develop tailored financial strategies across superannuation, investments, insurance, and retirement planning.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, compliant, and aligned with client objectives.
• Liaise with advisers, administrators, and external providers to gather required information.
• Review and update existing financial plans during annual reviews.
• Maintain client records in CRM systems.
• Assist in preparing client presentations and review packs.
• Stay updated with AU/NZ regulatory changes and best practices.
