Job summary

Transcend Practice Management is seeking a Paraplanner in Albuquerque, NM to support Financial Advisors and deliver tailored financial plans. You will take notes, build action items, onboard clients, and service them through the planning lifecycle, using client software to craft roadmaps aligned with client goals.

The role emphasizes meticulous data entry, proactive advisor support, and strong communication with clients, colleagues, and the planning team to ensure timely follow-up and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 2+ years in a paraplanner or associate financial advisor role.
• 3+ years in wealth management industry experience.
• Series 7 and Series 66/63 + Series 65 required.

Responsibilities

• Support advisors and deliver exceptional service to clients.
• Take notes and create action item lists from client meetings.
• Build and execute financial plans based on client needs.
• Onboard and service clients through planning lifecycle.
• Enter data into client planning software to build plans.
• Prepare agendas after meetings and coordinate with teams.
• Consolidate investment research and maintain lists.
• Prepare financial and investment projections for clients.
