Medacs Healthcare is seeking a Functional Assessor (Registered Paramedic) for a remote, permanent role. The position focuses on professional assessment, evidence review, and written clinical justification rather than hands-on care, with a starting salary of £37,500 and OTE up to £44,275.

Ideal candidates are NMC or HCPC registered and have at least 1 year of UK clinical experience, with strong report writing and digital systems proficiency. Sponsorship is not available for UK work.

Formación

• NMC or HCPC registered with no restrictions.
• Minimum 1 year UK clinical experience.
• Right to work in UK (sponsorship not available).
• Experience in functional assessment or advisory roles.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct telephone PIP assessments in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Analyse medical evidence and clinical information.
• Produce accurate, detailed and evidence-based written reports.
• Work to defined quality standards and clinical frameworks.
• Engage positively with feedback and development opportunities.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative colleagues.
