Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in securities litigation.
• Strong knowledge of legal research databases and bibliographies.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage a high-volume workload.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in preparation and filing of all court documents.
• Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles.
• Organize and maintain documents in paper or electronic filing systems.
• Manage attorney calendars, including scheduling meetings, deadlines, and events.
• Gather and arrange evidence and other legal documents for attorney review and case preparation.
