Overview

Are you a seasoned Paralegal with deep experience in Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice law in Florida? Do you thrive working independently, managing deadlines, and taking initiative? Were seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and proactive Paralegal to join our remote legal team on a flexible, part-time basis.

Responsibilities
  • Draft and review pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
  • Manage case files, including organizing discovery, medical records, and court filings
  • Assist in trial preparation and deposition summaries
  • Conduct legal research related to PI and MedMal cases
  • Handle calendaring, e-filing, and docketing deadlines in Florida courts
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, attorneys, medical providers, and court staff
What Were Looking For
  • Minimum 10 years of paralegal experience in Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice (Florida cases required)
  • Strong understanding of Florida legal procedures and court systems
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision a true self-starter
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with legal software and remote communication tools (Clio, MyCase, etc., a plus)
  • Highly organized and proactive with a take-the-lead attitude
