Job summary

BarkleyOKRP in Denver is seeking a Supervisor, Paid Social Media to drive strategy and oversee paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. You’ll partner with creative, account management, and finance teams to optimize performance and reporting.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in paid social buying, strong math and organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Paid Social Media buying experience.
• Knowledge and prior use of Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and LinkedIn ad platforms.
• Strong organizational and mathematical skills.
• Ability to multi-task and deliver work on-time for set deadlines.
• Ability to establish good working relationships with media reps.
• Ability to communicate effectively within a team environment, with outside media reps as well as with current clients.
• Must be prepared for a fast-paced environment and be comfortable making decisions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for campaign development, stewardship, optimization, and reporting within platforms like Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat, etc.
• Builds relationships and maintains communications with media representatives.
• Integral activation lead in key client communication.
• Present at all key client presentations and meetings.
• Designs optimal buys in terms of cost efficiency, forecasting, account segmentation, bid management, goal delivery and vendor agreements.
• Keeps a pulse on all media buys and is responsible for post-buy results and ongoing reporting.
• Updates Supervisor on status of current accounts and elevates issues promptly.
• Oversees campaign tracking setup and implementation before launch with Ad Operations support.
• Oversees creation of reporting dashboards and presentations to clients.
• Leads with finance to resolve media billing issues.
• Ensures adherence to client budgets while meeting objectives.
• Stays current on media trends and opportunities.
