Job summary

829 Studios seeks a mid-level Paid Social Strategist to lead multiple digital ad campaigns for a portfolio of medium-to-enterprise clients. You’ll monitor performance, deliver regular client updates, and prepare reporting deliverables from kickoff through ongoing optimization.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in paid advertising, strong knowledge of Meta/LinkedIn ads, and proficiency with Google tools, analytics, and CMS platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years managing paid advertising programs.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid social tools.
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
• Deep understanding of analytics tools (GA, HubSpot, etc.).
• Ability to leverage AI/tools for research, insights, and reporting.
• Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS.
• Understanding landing page best practices and optimization techniques.
• Experience with project management platforms (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com).
• Experience with pixel tracking via GTM and reporting tools (Data Studio, NinjaCat, TapClicks).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and in teams.
• Experience juggling multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and manage multiple digital ad campaigns for a diverse client portfolio.
• Monitor campaign performance against client goals and events.
• Provide regular status updates to clients on digital initiatives.
• Prepare deliverables from kickoff documents to rolling reports.
• Advise clients on achieving business goals through digital advertising.
• Serve as a technical resource to other departments.
