Job summary

Basis, headquartered in Chicago with flexible U.S. and Canada options, is seeking a Social Media Buyer to manage paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest, and X. You\'ll build and QA campaigns, monitor pacing, and drive proactive optimizations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of hands-on buying experience, strong analytics, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. You will collaborate with Operations, Analytics, and Creative teams to deliver

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Strong analytical abilities with the capability to pull and interpret reports from ad managers.
• Familiarity with first-/third-party data, tagging, and pixel placement.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Build and QA campaigns according to best practices.
• Monitor pacing, audit performance, and drive optimizations.
• Manage media investment across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest and X.
• Collaborate with internal Operations, Analytics, and Digital Media Buyers/Planners to craft performance stories.
