829 Studios is seeking a Paid Social Specialist to advance its agency-driven paid media efforts. You will manage a portfolio of clients, crafting and optimizing paid social campaigns across platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of paid advertising experience, familiarity with Facebook/LinkedIn ads, and proficiency in Google Workspace and analytics tools.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years managing paid advertising programs.
• Familiar with Facebook and LinkedIn advertising tools.
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Slides, Docs.
• Familiar with analytics tools like GA, HubSpot Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and maintain multiple digital ad campaigns for a portfolio of SMBs.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness against goals, conversions, and events.
• Update clients regularly on campaign status and results.
• Prepare client deliverables from kickoff to rolling reports.
• Advise clients on how to reach business goals with digital ads.
• Assist senior team with account work.
• Develop into a technical resource for other departments.
