829 Studios is a Boston-based integrated digital marketing agency. We are seeking a Paid Social Specialist to manage campaigns across multiple clients, collaborating with teams across marketing disciplines to deliver measurable results.

You will analyze performance, present insights, and grow your expertise in paid social advertising. The role emphasizes creativity, analytical thinking, and client relationship building, with opportunities to advance within a fast-growing agency and work remotely

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years managing paid advertising programs.
• Knowledge of paid social advertising tools such as Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Docs.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot Analytics, or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Exceptional time management and organization skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience juggling multiple projects and paid advertising campaigns simultaneously.
• Ability to effectively leverage AI-powered tools and automation as part of daily workflow to accelerate research, insights, and optimization, as well as streamline reporting across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, develop, and simultaneously maintain multiple digital advertising campaigns for a portfolio of small to medium-sized businesses.
• Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns as they relate to client goals, conversions, and events.
• Update clients regularly as to the status of their digital initiatives.
• Prepare client deliverables from project kickoff documents to rolling reporting.
• Advise clients on how to best accomplish their business goals through digital advertising.
• Assist senior team members with account work.
• Develop into a technical resource to other departments.
