Job summary

High Impact Dealer is seeking a hands-on Media Buyer to execute and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok in a fast-paced, remote environment. You will launch and optimize campaigns, build audiences, monitor spend, run A/B tests, and deliver clear reports from a home office in the United States.

The role requires 2–4 years of paid media experience and a results-driven mindset. Fully remote in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of paid media experience across Meta and Google Ads.
• Solid understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
• Hands‑on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads experience (Search, Shopping, and/or PMax).
• Familiarity with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Analytical mindset — comfortable using performance data to make optimization calls.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Clear, professional written communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Launch and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google (Search, Shopping, PMax), and TikTok.
• Build and manage audiences — retargeting, lookalikes, interest/behavioral targeting.
• Monitor daily spend and adjust bids to hit performance targets within budget.
• Run A/B tests on creative, copy, and audiences to continuously improve results.
• Support GA4 tracking and GTM tag management.
• Assist with Meta Pixel and Conversion API (CAPI) setup and maintenance.
• Help manage Google Merchant Center feeds and Shopping campaign performance.
• Deliver weekly/monthly reports with clear takeaways and next steps.
