Job summary

SupplyHouse.com is seeking a Paid Media Analyst to join the Growth Marketing Team. You will support paid media programs across search, shopping, social, video, and retargeting, driving optimization and reporting to maximize ROI.

You’ll partner with Marketing, Analytics, and Creative to leverage data and testing, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable business impact while enabling profitable growth. Remote role, some travel to Melville, NY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, or a related business field.
• 1+ year of TV, CTV, and Demand Gen experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support daily management of paid media programs across search, shopping, social, retargeting, streaming TV and video campaigns.
• Execute and optimize SEM campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads for efficiency and coverage.
• Assist with budget pacing and allocate decisions based on performance data and test outcomes.
• Design structured campaign experiments to improve ROI, conversion efficiency and scalability.
• Build and optimize remarketing campaigns across search, social, and display environments.
• Support launch and performance tracking of video campaigns on YouTube and streaming TV.
• Monitor product launches and promotions; translate data into actionable insights.
• Prepare recurring reports and dashboards for leadership; highlight trends and tests.
