Job Overview:

Acadia is seeking aPaid Media Analystto join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for an analytical, detail-oriented professional with expertise inpaid search and social advertising. You’ll manage high-impact campaigns across platforms likeGoogle Ads, Bing, Facebook, and Amazon, optimizing performance to drive client success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, Amazon, etc.).

  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis.

  • Develop ad copy, creatives, and landing page strategies for maximum ROI.

  • Monitor KPIs, adjust bids/budgets, and implement A/B tests for continuous improvement.

  • Generate performance reports and present insights to stakeholders.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging paid media strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Required:BA/BS degree + alignment with Acadia’s core values.

  • Preferred:1–2 years of paid media experience (agency background a plus).

  • Proficiency inGoogle Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
