Acadia is seeking aPaid Media Analystto join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for an analytical, detail-oriented professional with expertise inpaid search and social advertising. You’ll manage high-impact campaigns across platforms likeGoogle Ads, Bing, Facebook, and Amazon, optimizing performance to drive client success.
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, Amazon, etc.).
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis.
Develop ad copy, creatives, and landing page strategies for maximum ROI.
Monitor KPIs, adjust bids/budgets, and implement A/B tests for continuous improvement.
Generate performance reports and present insights to stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging paid media strategies.
Required:BA/BS degree + alignment with Acadia’s core values.
Preferred:1–2 years of paid media experience (agency background a plus).
Proficiency inGoogle Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
