Job summary

Agadia Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a PAHub & Prior Authorization Specialist to act as a trusted consultant across implementation, optimization, training, and support, bridging product capabilities with customer operations.

The role requires deep knowledge of prior authorization workflows, strong communication with clinicians and executives, participation in customer meetings, product demonstrations, and creation of training materials, with remote/hybrid work and travel up to 10% nationwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare operations, prior authorization, utilization management, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with PAHub or similar prior authorization platforms.
• Strong understanding of prior authorization workflows, regulations, and healthcare operations.
• Experience working directly with customers in a consultative role.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as PAHub expert for customers throughout implementation, optimization, training and support.
• Participate in customer calls, workshops, business reviews and operational meetings.
• Develop trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and understand workflows and business requirements.
• Advise customers on best practices and PAHub capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and satisfaction.
• Monitor adoption and recommend process improvements and workflow enhancements.
