Job summary

Nestlé S.A. is seeking an Artwork & Labeling Associate to lead packaging labeling projects across multiple brands.

You will coordinate end-to-end workflows from content approval to asset delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance while partnering with Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, Quality, and Production teams. This remote role requires a Bachelor's in a design field and 2+ years in packaging artwork or graphic production, with experience in D2D or enterprise workflow systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Packaging, Visual Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of packaging artwork, print production, or graphic/production design experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional workflows in a regulated environment.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Familiarity with packaging artwork development, approval processes, and digital asset management.
• Proficiency with D2D, Content Hub, SAP, Agile PLM, SharePoint, or similar enterprise workflow systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of packaging labeling and artwork projects through the D2D workflow.
• Review intake materials and briefs to ensure completeness before launch.
• Create, configure, and manage D2D projects, workflows, and approvals.
• Monitor project status, milestones, and compliance with processes.
• Coordinate copy decks, artwork files, proofs, and assets through reviews and approvals.
• Partner with LIOs, Packaging Design, Regulatory, Legal, Quality, and Marketing.
• Ensure data accuracy and traceability across packaging lifecycle.
• Support continuous improvement and cross-functional updates.
