Leoforce is seeking a Director of Clinical Education for the Physician Assistant Program with a hybrid/remote Texas-based schedule. The role will lead development, expansion and oversight of clinical rotations nationwide and manage the clinical portion of the program.

The position requires a Master's in PA education, NCCPA certification, current PA license, and both clinical and leadership experience. Join a team focused on education excellence and program growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physician Assistant program required.
• NCCPA Certification required.
• PA license - board certified required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, expansion and maintenance of clinical rotation sites nationwide.
• Develop and provide ongoing management of the clinical portion of the program.
• Act as a liaison between the preceptor, student, and program.
• Provide continuous self-assessment and evaluation of the clinical portion of the program in accordance with ARC-PA standards.
