Job summary

Prolific is seeking Personal and Executive Assistants to join our Expert Network to help train and evaluate AI models using administrative expertise. After a quick 10–15 minute test, you may join Prolific as a participant and get paid for AI training tasks with flexible, remote freelance work.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience as a PA, EA or similar.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and ability to translate complex workflows into structured tasks.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Write detailed outlines of your workflows.
• Describe one regular task in detail in each outline.
• Limit outlines to one task per document to ensure depth.
• Include steps, tools, decision points and edge cases in your outlines.
