Job summary

Prolific is seeking Personal and Executive Assistants to join our Expert Network to help train and evaluate AI models. This is fully remote, ad hoc freelance work with payments via PayPal, earning up to $20 per hour.

You’ll complete a short skill test; if successful, you’ll be invited to join Prolific as a participant and start taking paid tasks. Candidates should have 3–5 years of PA/EA experience, exceptional written communication, strong analytical thinking, and keen attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a PA, EA or similar
• Exceptional written communication skills
• Analytical thinking and ability to translate complex workflows into structured evaluation tasks

Responsibilities

• Write detailed outlines of your workflows
• Describe a regularly performed task in detail
• Detail the steps, tools, decision points and edge cases for a single task
• Maintain high accuracy and clarity in feedback for AI model evaluation
