Job summary

Consertus is seeking a P6 Scheduler with 3-7 years of utilities project controls experience to support PG&E's transmission and substation major projects. You will manage schedules, forecasts, baselines, and cost data while collaborating with project teams to deliver accurate reporting.

Remote-first with occasional in-person work; from September, Oakland office two days a week. San Francisco Bay Area candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of project controls, scheduling, or related experience within the utilities industry.
• Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6, including schedule development, updates, forecasting, and baseline management.
• Demonstrated experience managing both cost and schedule information for capital projects.
• Experience developing and maintaining resource-loaded schedules and analyzing schedule performance and variances.
• Strong analytical, reporting, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain resource-loaded project schedules in Primavera P6 and provide accurate forecasts, reports, and baselines.
• Forecast labor resources, contracts, and materials throughout the project lifecycle; support monthly baselines.
• Collaborate with project teams and site personnel to collect progress data and update schedules.
