Job summary

Consertus is seeking a P6 Scheduler with 3–7 years of utilities industry experience to support PG&E’s transmission line and substation major projects. You will manage schedules, forecasts, and project controls documentation, collaborating with project teams to ensure accuracy and governance.

The role is remote with occasional in-person meetings; starting September, work from Oakland two days a week is expected, with preference for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of project controls, scheduling, or related experience within utilities.
• Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6, including schedule development and forecasting.
• Experience managing both cost and schedule information for capital projects.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain resource-loaded project schedules in Primavera P6 with baselines.
• Forecast labor, contracts, and materials across the project lifecycle.
• Prepare financial, scheduling, forecast, and status reports per PG&E standards.
• Collaborate with project teams and interface with engineers and construction staff.
