Job summary

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of Property & Casualty insurance industry experience in statistical reporting, regulatory reporting, compliance, or a related function.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit statistical reports to state departments and regulatory bodies.
  • Review regulatory requirements and assess impact of changes.
  • Determine reporting requirements for new insurance products with internal teams.
  • Reconcile submissions against source data for accuracy and compliance.
  • Investigate variances and perform necessary data corrections.
  • Develop corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
  • Respond to regulators and internal stakeholders and maintain documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and data quality.
